As Contract Manager, Rohit will serve as a single point of contact for IO and will oversee all contract management matters relating to this VOR. He will be the escalation and control point for matters relating to quality of work, strategic direction and advice, overall contract performance, and value for money.

Under Rohit’s guidance, Four Seasons has increased its ability to perform a wide range of functions in-house, thereby reducing scheduling risk and increasing value. Rohit is responsible for creating the Four Seasons culture that enables and empowers Project Managers and Site Superintendents to successfully interact with a wide range of client representatives, non-client stakeholders, consultants, and authorities; and to manage significant increases in scope within original project schedules. Rohit has also guided Four Seasons to a remarkable safety record of less than 12 lost time injuries in 14 years.
